The Royal School of Needlework is the international centre for embroidery teaching based at Hampton Court Palace in south-west London. Taught in small, friendly classes with expert tutors, we welcome all levels of experience and students from all over the world. All our embroidery tutors have been trained at the RSN over a minimum of three years' full-time study and they bring to each student a wealth of experience, technical knowledge and enthusiasm.
We run a varied programme of classes throughout the year at weekends and during the school holidays at Hampton Court Palace. Our classes are ideal if you’re a complete beginner or if you’re looking to learn additional techniques and develop existing skills.
"We all thought the tutor was excellent and one of those teachers who is able to enthuse her students. In fact, I was enthused enough to sign up for further courses. I had so much fun and have recommended your courses to family members and friends."
