Learn traditional crewelwork embroidery with this charming floral design.  Experience traditional materials with crewel wool on a linen fabric background.  This is an introduction class covering key stitches including satin stitch, stem stitch, laid work, woven wheels and French knots.  All the stitches in the kit will be covered in the class, with a chance to practice at home.

The tutor will demonstrate to the group, and also give individual attention to each student allowing you to develop your embroidery skills. The class is suitable for beginners or stitchers who need a refresher.

Please note that the kit has been designed and produced by RSN Tutor Lizzy Pye.

The class kit will include everything you require to complete the project. You may like to bring your own embroidery scissors and you will be able to borrow ring frames, magnifiers and lights (if needed) on the day.

This class will run from 10am- 4pm at Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey. KT8 9AU
