This course has already taken place.

This class is designed as an introduction to the possibilities of Embroidered Crazy Patchwork. You will learn the techniques of foundation piecing during which discussion of colour and pattern will be important. You will also look at various embroidery stitches, ribbon and bead embroidery. The resultant panel will be suitable for making up into a cushion, bag front, quilt panel or similar. Each panel will be unique to the maker and will be designed around their wishes and abilities.

You may like to bring your own embroidery scissors and you will be able to borrow ring frames, magnifiers and lights (if needed) on the day.

This class will run from 10am-4pm at Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 9AU
