Royal School of Needlework
Welcome to the Royal School of Needlework To teach, practise and promote the art of hand embroidery
Leaving a gift in your will
The Royal School of Needlework occupies a special place in the history of art embroidery in the UK. Since 1872 we have taught and excellence in more than 40 techniques of hand embroidery and welcomed thousands of people to try these techniques for themselves.
As a registered charity (RCN 312774), though, we receive no government funding and have to find all our income ourselves.
Legacies make a crucial contribution to our income. They enable us to keep going; to keep training students; to maintain our Collection; to ensure we will be here for future generations. Regardless of size, every legacy gift is greatly appreciated.
