Contact Amanda Ewing to discuss your commission (by email, T:+44(0)20 3166 6940 or post) so we can provide you with a preliminary idea of cost.

1) To help us to do this we will need to know some details first:

• If it is a new commission, then an idea of the design, size, materials, desired technique and end purpose, eg, for use or display
• If it is an existing piece, please provide images, a condition description, measurements and advise us whether you would like it to be cleaned, repaired, conserved or reproduced etc
• Let us know if there is a budget and any deadlines, so that we can assess if we are able to meet your needs within our current production schedule. We will endeavour to complete the work within the time-frame given, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
• For a written estimate, there may be some further details required, or the item will need to be submitted to the RSN Studio by post (we recommend Special Delivery) or in person by pre-arranged appointment.
  
  

2) We'll assess your commission and send you a written estimate for the recommended work.

3) If you'd like to proceed with the work, we require a 25% (+ VAT) deposit and once this is received, we will be delighted to start your commission. 

NB We're not licensed to provide insurance valuations and we recommend that you contact a reputable auction house for this information.
