How to find us

The Royal School of Needlework is based at Hampton Court Palace in south west London.
You are welcome to visit the RSN on public tour days or by pre-arranged appointment to visit a specific part of our work. Our shop is currently open between 1.00pm and 3.30pm (Tuesday to Friday ) and 1.30pm to 3.30pm (Mondays). During the summer months a Palace garden charge is in operation to the formal gardens on the East Front, so if you are planning to visit our shop and do not have a Palace ticket, please contact us in advance and we can book you in as an RSN visitor.
By car: Hampton Court Palace is located on the A308 and is well signposted from all the major local roads; drivers should follow the brown tourist attraction road signs. From the M25 take either exit 10 on to the A307 or exit 12 on to the A308. The palace is also accessible via the A3 and then the A309. Some parking is available at Hampton Court Palace. Parking is also available at Hampton Court train station - charges apply in both carparks.
Train: From Waterloo station the service is direct to Hampton Court Station and takes 35 minutes. The palace is a 200 metre walk across the bridge. The train service passes through Wimbledon station for connections with London Underground District Line. Hampton Court is in Travel Zone 6.
Bus: The following routes stop outside or near Hampton Court Palace 111, 216, 411, 451, 461, R68, 513, 718.
