Please let us know at this stage if there is any deadline for your commission. We endeavour to complete the task within the time frame given but this cannot be guaranteed.
If it is an existing piece you will be asked to submit it, either by shipping (recorded delivery) or in person by appointment. The Studio team will assess the commission and raise an estimate for the recommended work and will send this to you. We are not licensed to give valuations.
If you wish to proceed, you will be asked to pay a deposit (usually 25% + VAT). If you do not wish to proceed, arrangements for the collection of the item must be made within a month or the item will become subject to storage fees.
Once your job is completed you will be invoiced and payment must be received before the item can be released. A delay in payment of more than two months from the date of invoice may result in storage charges.
